If you are interested in joining us at our scheduled 2025 training runs, the dates are below.
10K Training Runs
5th Jan - up to 3 miles
2nd Feb - 4 miles
2nd March - 6 miles - 10am start time
Half Marathon Training Runs
5th Jan - up to 5 miles
2nd Feb - up to 7 miles
2nd March - up to 9 miles
13th April - 11 to 12 miles
11th May - 10 to 12.5 miles
Marathon & Metric Marathon Training Runs

Why not come along and join us? We'll have a range of pace runner led groups and everybody is welcome.
We usually meet at The Little Roodee Car Park* CH1 1SL ready to run at 10am, unless otherwise stated above.
It's a traffic free route out and back along the river path.
These free training runs give runners the opportunity to run with others and chat about their training, gaining valuable advice, tips and encouragement as we prepare for the MBNA Chester 10K in March, the Essar Chester Half Marathon in May and the MBNA Chester Marathon & Metric Marathon in October.
