    Over 4,000 runners and an army of spectators took to the streets of Chester and South Wirral on Sunday for the Cheshire Oaks Chester Half Marathon. The event, now in its 31st year,  has been hailed as a 'fantastic success story' for the city and the organisers say the brand new course with its Town Hall Square finish has been given a big thumbs up from the competitors. Read more...

    Lots of enthusiastic runners turned up on a damp Sunday morning 4 March at Total Fitness to participate in the latest training run. Runners split into a variety of groups designed to suit their level of fitness and experience. Some did up to 8 miles, whilst others ran for 1 hour at a slower pace. Read more...
