The home of the multi-award winning and three time winner of the UK's Best Marathon Up to 5,000 Runners, the MBNA Chester Marathon. One of the UK's longest running and award winning half marathons, the Essar Chester Half Marathon, and the multi award winning, sell-out, best City Centre 10K in the North West, the MBNA Chester 10K.

Our vision is to inspire active nations through running. Our mission is to enable people of all ages and abilities to maintain a healthy lifestyle, accomplish something many didn’t think possible and to provide a platform that empowers individuals and charities to fundraise for good causes.

Our Events & The Chester Triple

Our future race dates are:

Essar Chester Half Marathon  - 19th May 2024
MBNA Chester Marathon & Metric Marathon - 6th October 2024
MBNA Chester 10K - 9th March 2025

The Chester Triple is back for 2024 and the extra medal will be the perfect reward for running and completing three events with us in 2024.

Run and complete the MBNA Chester 10K (6.2 miles), the Essar Chester Half Marathon (13.1 miles) and either the MBNA Chester Marathon (26.2 miles) or Metric Marathon (26.2 km) in the same year and you'll receive one of our fantastic Chester Triple Medals.
