Cash prizes will be awarded for the top 3 men and women and will be based on gun time in the first wave. 

The overall prizes for male and female top three will be awarded:

1st place £300

2nd place £200

3rd place £100

Runners who have achieved times of sub 45 minutes in 2023 should enter the first wave. 

The first male and female finisher in each 5 year age group from 35-39 onwards, plus Under 17, Under 20 and Senior (20-34) will also be awarded a £25 cash prize. This will be based on chip time. so all runners have an equal chance of winning.

If a runner wins a prize in more than one category, the prize of the higher value will be awarded.
