How the pre-order works:
1.Order: Buy when you enter the race - or simply click 'edit your entry' in your confirmation email to purchase your pre-order bundle.
2.Run: Make sure your race number is visible during the run, and look out for the photographers stationed around the course and finish line. Don't forget to smile or give them a wave.
3.Enjoy: 24-48hrs after the event you will receive an email notification. Redeem your pre-order code against your bundle, which will unlock your photos!

What do I get? 
You are pre-purchasing a digital bundle of all the photos tagged under a specific race number. These are not physical prints, although prints and other merchandise will be available after the event as an additional purchase option.

What is a "bundle"? 
During an event, a race number may be tagged many times in different locations. A bundle is all of those tagged images brought together under one package, securing all your future race photos for one price. You may also wish to wait and purchase individual photos. 

Can I buy for a friend/family member? 
Of course: when you buy a bundle, you're sent a unique code, redeemable against the photos of a certain race number within this event. If you buy multiple bundles, you're sent multiple codes - simple! 

What is the guarantee?
AWOL guarantee you at least three tagged images after the event, or your money back, as long as you complete the event with a visible race number which allows them to identify and "tag" you. If they fail to meet this standard, they offer a no quibble refund. Simply get in touch via their helpdesk and they will arrange a full refund.
