Training Runs & Webinars
Thanks to those of you who have joined us for our training runs in the past. We will restart them as soon as we can safely do so. In the meantime, we encourage you all to stay safe, keep running, follow the official guidance and look after yourselves and those around you.
This training schedule from our resident Coach Dave Taylor, is aimed at novice runners and includes an 11 week calendar of sessions, starting at the beginning of May and taking you through to race day on 18th July 2021.
