Training runs and seminars
Thanks to those of you who have joined us for our training runs in the past. We will restart them as soon as we can safely do so. In the meantime, we encourage you all to stay safe, keep running, follow the official guidance and look after yourselves and those around you.
These are our suggested training plans for the 2021 half marathon:
